MERS devise purposeful, integrated whole-body workouts that draw on the body’s natural movement patterns and work across the body’s planes of movement; [sagittal (front to back), frontal (side to side) and transverse (rotational)]. Consistent client supervision and support ensure technical ability, control and balance are achieved to maximise the workout.

MERS Group Training
MERS offers dynamic, supervised class environments to empower you to achieve specific training goals. With two dedicated trainers and limited group sizes, MERS ensure you use correct technique to train with maximum output. MERS group classes include individual screening with personalised progressions and regressions tailored to individual needs, custom exercise selection and individual program design.
